as designers Miko Wheeler + Co are continuously challenged by the projects that come across the drafting table - yes, some of us do still love the feel of a good #2 pencil or some colored markers. We also use an industry favorite in CAD programs, as well as a bunch of great design tools & swatches & fabrics & materials & Oh, the list goes on & on. Simply, Miko Wheeler + Co has experience with lots of things including furniture design/build, kitchen & bath design, space planning & color/material selections and cabinetry/countertops.

as fabricators we are intimately acquainted with cutting & sanding & molding & gluing & building & low VOC finishes & FSC/reclaimed lumber & copper finish nails & masterful joinery & ... We work with a number of raw materials we consider to be high quality, high design & top on the list of Earth Friendly products. We set our standards based on materials we want in our own spaces - our home, our school, our public buildings. And, by design, beautiful, contemporary, sophisticated & sustainable are simply a given.

as suppliers we offer materials & products we have come across, put to the test and pronounce durable, functional and desirable at least to those familiar with them. To those yet unexposed to our alternative, less common and sometimes old favorites, we extend an invitation to come quick, take a look and a feel and perhaps become the first on your block to have a bamboo cabinet or a sparkly new countertop just like the one you saw on HGTV. As for those old favorites, sometimes there simply is nothing better than the tried and true - it has stood the test of time, not to mention the test of woodworkers and families and communities. We are always adding to our mix, as new products emerge - we will be the first to try them.
